Stare Mury x F.S.O. PARK – A new chapter for the former FSO

On the site of the former Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych, we hosted representatives of the Stare Mury project – an initiative promoting knowledge about the revitalization and adaptive reuse of historic buildings, bringing together investors, architects, and contractors specializing in such developments 🏢

The area at Jagiellońska 88 has been a symbol of Polish automotive industry for decades. Today, though gradually deteriorating, it stands at the threshold of an entirely new chapter. Soon, the former FSO site will be transformed into an open, green space – F.S.O. PARK – a modern, vibrant residential development with a publicly accessible park that naturally connects history with the future 🌿🌳💧

As OKAM, we have taken on the ambitious challenge of restoring energy, meaning, and social function to this place. We believe responsible revitalization is more than new construction – it is a dialogue with history and respect for the identity and industrial heritage of the site.

The project is being developed in cooperation with renowned architectural studios: WXCA, SAWAWA Sp. z o.o., and PRC Architekci, together working on a concept that combines contemporary architecture with the post-industrial character of the area.

Thank you to the Stare Mury team – Wojciech Kolęda and Przemysław Szklarzewski – for visiting and discussing the challenges of transforming such a unique space. We are glad to actively participate in the discussion on conscious and responsible urban development 🙂

We are entering an intensive work phase, but also see a great opportunity to create a place that will once again become an important point on the map of Warsaw.
