Anna Watkowska on urban regeneration at Mid-Summer Night

During the panel discussion “From Heritage Site to Destination Place”, representatives of projects that are redefining historic spaces came together, including Centrum Praskie Koneser, Hala Koszyki, Fabryka Norblina, BOHEMA–Strefa Praga and F.S.O. PARK.

Anna Watkowska, CDO of OKAM Capital, shared insights from the development of the F.S.O. PARK and BOHEMA–Strefa Praga projects, demonstrating that urban regeneration is not only about preserving heritage but, above all, about creating places that respond to the evolving needs of local communities while generating long-term value for entire districts.
