OKAM’s new organizational structure will accelerate the company’s growth and expansion into the Italian market.
We are entering a new chapter in OKAM’s history!
At OKAM, we are introducing a new organizational structure that will allow us to further develop innovative projects, strengthen key areas of activity, and effectively implement our expansion plans, including international growth.
OKAM’s transformation stems from ambitious development plans, encompassing the expansion of the domestic portfolio and entry into European markets. The company’s structure has become more specialized with the appointment of three Vice Presidents, who remain members of the Management Board and are responsible for key areas of OKAM’s operations.
▪️ Anna Watkowska (CDO) – oversees the preparation of new investments and the implementation of innovative technological and architectural solutions.
▪️ Joanna Szafranek (CFO) – responsible for project finances at every stage of implementation.
▪️ Marcin Michalec (COO) – coordinates the operational execution of projects and the implementation of processes and innovations.

These organizational changes accompany the dynamic development of our key projects, including F.S.O. PARK, the Józefosław project, and PRESTIA Senior Residences.
At the same time, we are beginning our expansion into Southern Europe through the establishment of OKAM Italia, OKAM’s first foreign subsidiary, created after the acquisition of TERRA and operating in Milan.
