H+H Poland becomes the new tenant of 20,600 m² at Jagiellońska 88.
H+H Poland has signed a lease agreement for more than 20,600 m² of space located on the former grounds of the Passenger Automobile Factory (FSO) at 88 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. The tenant will take over the area at the end of April 2026 and will use it for storage and the sale of wall materials made of aerated concrete and silicates.

Tenants have access to storage halls, yards, office and production spaces, as well as extensive logistics infrastructure, including a private railway siding.
The complex is part of a broader area that, in the coming years, will be gradually transformed into F.S.O. PARK – a multi-stage, modern urban district designed to be friendly to both residents and businesses, combining residential, service and social functions.
