Another 1.000 m² leased at the former FSO site!
At the former Passenger Car Factory (FSO) site at 88 Jagiellońska Street, one of the largest and most diverse business hubs in Warsaw continues to grow steadily. We have just signed new lease agreements covering a total of 1,026 m² of office space 🎉 Polish and international companies from sectors such as outdoor tourism, pharmaceuticals, electrical engineering, engineering, and construction have joined our community of tenants.
The newly signed agreements vary in nature-from short-term leases with extension options to two- and five-year contracts, as well as leases for an indefinite period. This once again confirms the flexibility of Jagiellońska 88 and its ability to adapt to diverse business needs.

Among the new tenants is TRB CHEMEDICA Poland, a branch of a Swiss pharmaceutical company operating in more than 70 countries worldwide.
