21,560 m2 of extended lease agreements

Over the past six months, tenants of the properties and spaces at Jagiellońska 88 in Warsaw have extended their lease agreements with OKAM for a total area exceeding 21,560 m².

Today, Jagiellońska 88 is home to companies from a wide range of industries – from services and production to public institutions and social initiatives. Nearly 160 businesses now operate here, including CityBoard Media, Mazowiecka Unit for EU Programmes Implementation, Somex, 360Art, and Fabryka Dźwięków recording studio. Recently, Zdunek Premium, a BMW partner, has also joined us and will soon open a new showroom and service center on site 🚗



Jagiellońska 88 is one of Warsaw’s most versatile post-industrial areas – perfectly connected, with its own railway siding. Since acquiring the 62-hectare former FSO site in 2021, OKAM has been consistently implementing the vision of F.S.O. PARK – a modern, sustainable district that will, in the coming years, offer new homes, workplaces, a school, and a central 10-hectare urban park, combining the heritage of this historic location with the future of Warsaw🌿
