18,000 sq m of space rented on the former FSO premises.

In the last three months, we have concluded new lease agreements and renewed contracts with several companies for the lease of space at 88 Jagiellońska street in Praga Północ in Warsaw, almost 18,000 sq m.
They include, among others: a 3D printing house, a notary’s office, a company specializing in steel structures, a clothing retail wholesaler, an educational institution and a courier company.


We are also in talks with other potential clients for the lease of an additional approx. 9,000 sq m.

  • We have concluded further lease agreements this year and extended the existing ones, and we are also in the process of negotiating lease terms with several new entities. This confirms that our property is constantly enjoying great interest.
