Joint planting of vegetation within the “Partnership for Climate” Platform.

This year, as part of the “Partnership for Climate” platform, we planted several hundred seedlings of shrubs, perennials, and ornamental flower bulbs in Warsaw’s designated rewilding zone. This unique area, with enhanced biodiversity, serves as a refuge and feeding ground for insects, small mammals, and birds, while also strengthening the city’s resilience to the effects of climate change.

The event was attended by representatives of the authorities of the Capital City of Warsaw, diplomatic institutions, non-governmental organizations, and partners cooperating with the city in the field of climate protection. This year’s planting provided a practical way to support the ecosystem services offered by urban green areas, increasing greenery and helping to combat the effects of global warming.

The Partnership for Climate brings together several dozen entities – including OKAM – that jointly conduct educational and practical activities for the benefit of the climate and sustainable development. For
