15th Edition of the Real Estate Market Forum in Sopot.

Undoubtedly, the last edition of the Real Estate Market Forum in Sopot on June 13 ended exceptionally in every respect.

Over 700 participants, many discussions, speeches, presentations on key challenges in the commercial and residential market.

Among them was also a panel in which Marcin Michalec COO OKAM took part, who, among a group of distinguished guests, discussed the topic:

“The game of the city, or how to design self-sufficient enclaves to become part of a coherent urban organism”

– City-forming projects – is it still architecture and urban planning, or already social engineering.
– Creating needs or responding to the needs of users in their changing life cycle?
– Accessibility as a new paradigm.

And as an example, among others, our FSO PARK investment served, which is certainly one of the examples of city-forming projects.
