XVI Conservation and Architectural Conference – “Re-composition. A Chance for Contemporary Cities. Architecture. Ecology. Revitalization.”

On November 20 and 21, the Warsaw branch of SARP hosted the 16th Conservation and Architecture Conference “Between Orthodoxy and Creation”, this year under the slogan: “Architectural heritage as a moderator of the space of contemporary cities”.


The conference program included the most interesting architectural projects from 2021-2024. Both public and commercial institutions.


The first day of the conference, immediately after the introduction of the Mazovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments, began with the presentation of F.S.O. PARK: “From FSO to F.S.O. PARK. FSO heritage vs. sustainable City of the Future” and ended with “BOHEMA – Strefa Praga. Changing the function of the Pollena factory as a generator of life for the new quarter of Warsaw’s Praga Północ.” and a discussion on the topic: “Responsibility of developers for the shape of Polish urban planning.”, in which Anna Watkowska – Member of the Board of OKAM City, OKAM Capital and Leader of the F.S.O. PARK Project took part. 


The event was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
