Under these slogans, the 6th Expert Forum Conference 2024 organized by Kompas Inwestycji took place today.


This year’s conference was devoted to issues related to changes in construction and the investment market.


Anna Watkowska – Member of the Board of OKAM City and Leader of the F.S.O. PARK Project, together with Dawid Wrona – Member of the Board and COO at Archicom and Rafał Pamuła – Leading Architect at APA Wojciechowski Architekci discussed:

  • City development and spacial planning.
  • Access to new land.
  • Lex Developer special act.
  • Rental housing.
  • Challengers for investors including problems with obtaining administrative decissions.
  • Multifunctional investments.


It must be admitted that the issues that OKAM is facing while preparing to start the implementation of the F.S.O. PARK is also close to other developers and architects.
