PRESTIA among the nominees for the SilverEco Awards 2026
The PRESTIA development has been nominated for the SilverEco Awards 2026 in the Autonomy and Independent Living category.
SilverEco Awards is an international competition dedicated to the silver economy, recognising projects that address the challenges associated with an ageing population. PRESTIA is a network of senior living residences, designed with independence, active living and everyday comfort in mind.
One of PRESTIA’s key objectives is to help prevent social isolation among older people. That is why the residences will form part of larger, intergenerational projects, where seniors can remain an active part of the local community, meet others, pursue their interests and participate in everyday life.
PRESTIA will be part of PRESTIGE PARK in Łódź and F.S.O. PARK in Warsaw, among other locations.
On 14 September, we will present PRESTIA to the jury at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
PRESTIA is also competing for the PUBLIC CHOICE AWARD. The three projects receiving the most votes will have the opportunity to present their projects on stage in Cannes, while the winner will be selected live by the audience during the SilverNight gala on 14 September.
